The product was for my friend. I received this desk a few days ago. Smooth surface, and could easily apply anti-slip strips if desired.

It arrived wonderfully packaged, with lots of protection for the flat surface as well as the foldable legs.

I have one suggestion, desk real estate was almost non-existent. The legs are metal and fold straight out from under the table.

Convenient, sturdy, and exactly as pictured - a great addition to any home.

It's lightweight enough to use and compact enough for people stuck in bed.
