I am a heavy typer, so it does wobble just a little bit, but the surface area of the legs and the angle of them provide enough stability.

Dudes - I love this thing if you couldn't tell from the video - it's literally perfect. If you're a student or WFH, this is a must-buy.

It is set at just about the right height for me. I did measure everything ahead of time, but ideally need it to be a couple of inches lower, or I could stand on something else to make myself taller. Overall, it works as expected and serves its purpose.
